Cable TV connection and internet cable point at two locations, Line Provision for telephone in living room and all bedrooms. A/C Provision in master bedroom


9. As per mutually approved Sanitary/Plumbing Drawings.
10. Overhead tank of 1000 Litters capacity with all plumbing connections using PVC white pipe No. of taps etc. as per approved Drawings.
11. All taps and sanitary items are to be procured under warranty for at least 5 years. Only chromium plated taps will be used.
12. All sanitary items like closets and washbasins will be of light colors of Parry ware, Cera, or Johnson
13. All bath rooms will have European / Indian Closet, Steel fixed overhead shower and separate pipe Connection for Geyser.
14. All sanitary connections with gully traps, chambers wherever required and Connection to septic Tank.


15. Inside Walls: Two coats of Distemper over putty finish with primer and white cement for sit out drawing and dining all other rooms with plastic emulsion without putty.
16. Outside Walls: Two coats of whether coat paint over white cement.
17. Front door will be polished with melamine/ other wood works and steel works to be painted with 2 coats of enamel paint.
